Annette is a musical crossed with psychological drama directed by Leos Carax, and with a screenplay by Ron Mael and Russell Mael of Sparks, and Carax, from an original story, music and songs by the band. Henry is a stand-up comedian with a fierce sense of humor who falls in love with Ann, a world-renowned opera singer. Under the spotlight, they form a passionate and glamorous couple. With the birth of their first child -- a mysterious little girl with an exceptional destiny -- their lives are turned upside down.
We are really looking forward to welcoming our audiences back to The Riverfront. Our cinema seats are being replaced with lovely new ones in November, in the meantime we will be screening films using reduced audience capacity and a mixture of freestanding chairs and sofas.
Our café will be open and you can take your hot or cold drinks and snacks into the screening.
