A Part of Discover Dance 2015

Sue Williams and nomorepink presents a potent collision of science and art. Visual art, dance, music and poetry confront taboo sexual issues in a cabaret style performance.

Love and hate, pain and pleasure crash together in a daring mix of multi-disciplinary art forms and sciences. Provocative, innovative, sensual and controversial. Heart stopping stuff!

Following the performance will be an optional discussion between audience, artists, arts professionals and medics.

Co-directed by Roy Campbell-Moore, with poetry by Rhian Edwards, music by Pete Wyer, dance and choreography by Romain Guion and Marta Zollet, with heart surgeon Dr Nick Ossei-Gerning.

More information on the performance and the project is available here.

Sue Williams a nomorepink yn cyflwyno gwyddoniaeth a chelfyddyd yn gwrthdaro’n rymus. Dyma gelfyddyd weledol, dawns, cerddoriaeth a barddoniaeth yn wynebu materion rhywiol tabwˆ mewn perfformiad ar ddull cabaret. Cariad a chas, poen a phleser yn mynd yn glec i’w gilydd mewn cymysgfa feiddgar o gelfyddydau amlddisgyblaeth a gwyddorau. Yn bryfoclyd, yn arloesol, yn synhwyrus ac yn ddadleuol. Digon i stopio’r galon yn stond!
